325K Portable PPM Oxygen Analyzer |
325K Portable PPM Oxygen Analyzer The Nova 325 Portable Trace Oxygen Analyzer is designed for accurately measuring trace PPM oxygen in clean, dry sample gas. The customer replaceable electrochemical sensor produces a small output current directly proportional to the amount of O2 in the sample and is capable of measuring trace PPM levels of O2 in any range from 0-100 to 0-9999 PPM. The lowest readable level is 1 PPM. Bypass solenoid valves are used to trap low PPM oxygen in the O2 cell to avoid exposure to ambient air. This allows for a rapid purge down and also protects the cell from momentary over exposure to high O2 levels. A flow control valve and flow meter are provided for regulating the flow of samples under positive pressure. A built-in sample pump is provided for use on samples under atmospheric or slight negative pressure. A rechargeable battery provides enough power for the pump and electronics for about 20 hours of continuous opertion. The analyzer may still be operated while it is being charged. A red LED indicates when to recharge the analyzer and a green LED indicates that it is receiving recharging power. The battery recharger is included with the analyzer. |

322BT Portable Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzer |
322BT Portable Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzer, Benchtop (BT) Enclosure The Nova 322 Portable Paramagnetic Analyzer is designed to measure the oxygen concetration of clean, dry sample gas. A built-in pressure regulator reduces any positive sample pressure. A built-in sample pump may be switched on to draw in the sample gas when it is at or slightly below atmospheric pressure. An external gas scrubber is available if required, to remove any corrosive gases prior to entering the analyzer. In operation, the incoming sample gas passes through sample conditioning filters and the flow meter, then into the O2 sensor. The paramagnetic sensor utillizes a magneto-dynamic measuring cell and powerful selenium cobalt magnet assembly combined with on-board amplification, temperature compensation and barometric pressure compensation. This cell makes use of the principle that O2 is drawn into a magnetic field, thereby increasing the turning force on a diamagnetic body suspended in the field. Very few other gases respond this way, making this method specific to O2. The Model 322 can be used for any O2 measurement between 0-100 as long as the sample gas is clean, dry and non-corrisive. |

321K Portable Process Oxygen Analyzer |
321K Portable Process Oxygen Analyzer, Suitcase(K) Enclosure The Nova 321 Portable Process Oxygen Analyzer utilizes a reliable, stable oxygen sensor which responds quickly to the oxygen present in a gas sample. Its life expectancy is between 3 and 4 years. The sensor is not affected by acidic gases such as carbon dioxide or sulfur dioxide and can operate in a background of hydrogen and many other gases. It is very easy for the customer to replace and at a resonable price. A rechargeable 'gel cell' battery provides enough power for the pump and electronics for about 20 hours of continuous operation. The analyzer may still be operated while it is being charged. A red LED indicates when to recharge the analyzer and a green LED indicates that it is receiving recharging power. The batter recharger is included with the analyzer. The detected O2 is displayed on an LCD digital meter that has a switchable backlight for use in dark areas. The analyzer is supplied with a 12ft. sample hose and either a sample pump or pressure regulator. |

314K Portable Analyzer for Oxygen |
314K Portable Analyzer for Oxygen , Zirconia Sensor, Suitcase (K) Enclosure The Nova 314 Portable Oxygen Analyzer is designed to measure the oxygen concentration of a clean, dry sample gas. In operation, a built-in sample pump draws the sample gas into the analyzer and through the sample conditioning filters, flow meter and O2 sensor. An external gas scrubber is available to remove any corrosive gases prior to entering the analyzer, if required. The zirconia sensor is mounted in a flow-through block through which the sample gas flows. The sensor produces a non-linear µA output proportional to the oxygen concentration. This non linear signal is then linearized and amplified by an O2 processor board. The output is then directed to a main amplifier board which then connects to the digital readout meter and optional recorder output terminals. |
