The magnetostrictive type linear level measurement is
especially designed for precision
measurement.
Since accuracy of the SMS is ± 0.5mm or ± 0.01% F.S it is
ideal for continuous memory of storage and shipment for oil,
petro-chemical beverages, pharmaceuticals and so on.
Only one moving part a float-travels vertically on the stem,
by magnetic field of the magnetic in the float, float position
is converted into electric signals proportional to the liquid
level.

When float rises and falls, inside gear is worked and the
front scale indicates level value.
At the same time, remote display and signal output is
possible by potentiometer contacted to gear mechanism

The variable buoyancy force exerted on a stationary
displacer immersed in a liquid is transferred to a strain
gauge pressure transducer through a torque tube.
The pressure transducer thus turns according to the
changing liquid levels into proportional electric current.
The operating buoyancy of the displacer varies with
liquids since buoyancy is a function of the liquid density,
and the operating buoyancy is maintained by adjusting
the balance spring.

The float connected to the measuring tape rise and falls
according to the change of liquid level inside the tank.
When the float rises measuring tape is wound to the
constant spring drum in proportion to the change in liquid
level.
When the float falls, measuring tape is released by
the weight of float and this movement of float is transmitted
to point-scale plate by the gear mechanism

When the level measuring material rises and falls,
capacitance of the medium changes, The change in
capacitance is converted into electrical signal by
electronics and measures the level.

The back pressure of air purge which is sensed by
semiconductor piezoelectric element is converged into
electrical signal and the level is measured
