Applications
    Designed for the continuous monitoring of O2, CO, CO2, and/or H2 gases from blast furnaces or other continuous industrial processes where an uninterrupted stream of gas concentration data is critical. Calculated values of BTU, N2 and efficiency are also available.

Sample Conditioning
  • High capacity sample pump (where sample motivation is required) and high flow by-pass improves overall system response time
  • Compression-style moisture removal eliminates use of failure-prone Pelletier elements
  • Redundant heated filters allow user to remotely switch from a blocked filter to an unblocked filter, minimizing down time due to filter blockage.
  • Automatic blow back of heated filter and probe, can be sequenced with auto calibration, or based on sample vacuum limit
  • Digital control maintains constant sample flow even as filters start to plug, reducing operator required

  • High accuracy gas detectors with full hydrogen compensation
  • Detection of CO & CO2 by reliable field cleanable non-dispersive infra red detector

  • Password-protected user-adjustable parameters allow the operator to 'tweak' the operation of the analyzer without having to change the code
