Model X86 [X86]
| The Ronan Model X86 Calibrator is a two-in-one instrument which allows simultaneous calibration and measurement of process signals used in industrial instrumentation loops or various electronic test circuits. It fills a wide need for testing, servicing, and calibrating of devices and sensors in energized circuits in the field or on the bench. The Model X86 features high accuracy, temperature stability, and resolution. It also incorporates independent input and output parameter selection, rugged design, and easy programmability to establish it as a leader among its competitors. The independent numerical displays of input and output signal levels offer easy performance verification of the circuit or device under test. The displays also inform the user of incorrect input signals, open loops, etc., as well as the selected input and output parameters. Total isolation between the input and output sections eliminates possible ground loops often encountered in industrial environments. The programming push-button switches are the "soft-touch" type. Each mode and value selected is immediately displayed on the digital readout for verification. Four pre-programmable values can be stored and stepped through by manual push-button selection or automatic sequence mode to allow remote calibration. The Model X86 is supplied in an attractive sturdy carrying case with two sets of leads, modular battery charger, and an instructions and operating manual. Calibration certification is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and a certificate is provided free or charge.
